FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Friday, May 22, 2009

Includes: 

• 3-4 Games Guaranteed
• Championship t-shirts for 1st place
• Tournament t-shirts for 2nd and 3rd place
  (3rd place shirts awarded with minimum of 5 teams in bracket)  

All players may qualify by grade or by age and all players must be certified to participate in the tournament.

* NOTE * Divisions may be combined if 5 or less teams are registered in one division.
